Client Advisor | Luxury Beauty & Fragrance | London We are partnering with a prestigious luxury beauty and fragrance house to recruit a passionate Client Advisor for its London boutique. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused retail professional who is passionate about luxury, beauty, fragrance, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The Role As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, welcoming clients into the boutique and providing a personalised and memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury client experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships through clientelling and CRM activities. Develop expert knowledge across fragrance, skincare, and beauty collections. Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximise sales performance. Support omni-channel initiatives and client engagement strategies. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Assist with stock management, inventory control, and operational duties. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches. About You Minimum 3 years' experience within luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or premium retail. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Strong clientelling and relationship-building skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset. Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
