What's involved?

As Central Reservations Coordinator you will be responsible for taking enquiries and bookings for all hotels in the group at their central office. You'll be converting enquiries into sales plus processing, amending, and updating bookings as required to maximise on revenue whilst ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Previous experience as a Reservations Coordinator within a 4Star or similar is desired with good knowledge of Opera and excellent communication skills. Applications from candidates who have a strong front office background will be considered too who have bookings experience.
