£50-55k plus strong OTE, company car + benefits

About the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be overseeing the successful delivery of multiple leisure development projects from concept and design through to completion on site. You’ll ensure every scheme meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction, while keeping time and budget firmly on track.
You’ll work as part of the business development team, and with a trusted network of partners and suppliers to bring each project to life. From innovative new builds to refurbishments that revitalise community spaces, your work will directly contribute to creating environments that promote active, healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of multiple leisure projects, from planning to handover
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality to achieve outstanding results
Identify and mitigate risks while driving continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal teams across finance, marketing, and operations
Support business development initiatives and share best practice
About You
Proven experience in managing capital or refurbishment projects would be advantageous
You are highly favourably currently in a senior management position within the leisure or fitness industry. A background in local authority is a huge advantage when applying.
Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused approach
Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about delivering social value
