What youll do

• Identify and secure high impact collaborations with third parties that enhance customer value and strengthen Trading212s competitive edge.

• Own and resolve complex problems end-to-end taking full accountability for outcomes and ensuring lasting solutions.

• Build and nurture strong relationships both internally and externally to continuously improve our products and services.

• Design build and optimise scalable processes that increase efficiency reduce friction and enable high-velocity execution.

• Ideate and collaborate with product teams contributing insights and perspectives that push beyond the status quo.

• Gather organise and analyse data to drive decisions that have measurable business and customer impact.

• Track and analyse competitive positioning and product performance globally surfacing insights that inform strategy and execution.

• Manage critical operational processes and vendor relationships ensuring excellence reliability and continuous improvement

What you need to have

• Experience in a fast paced environment (Tech or Banking)

• Ability to extract and analyse data using SQL

• Proven track record of working with tech and design teams to deliver products end-to-end

• Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with third-party providers

• Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as a team
