- Provide technical assurance through planning, procurement and delivery phases
- Coordinate design with PMs, engineers, BIM teams and contractors
- Drive value engineering, buildability and whole‑life performance
- Manage planning applications and stakeholder engagement, including local authorities
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong architectural design capability across complex projects and all RIBA stages
- Deep knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning policy and CDM 2015
- Proven technical detailing expertise and understanding of materials and buildability
- Experience working in live or operational environments with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM coordination
- Demonstrable track record delivering projects to cost, quality and programme
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- ARB registered and/or RIBA Chartered Architect
- Experience in large-scale commercial, logistics or industrial environments
- Client-side or consultancy background
- NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety qualification
- CSCS Professionally Qualified Person (PQP) card
- Experience reviewing contractor design proposals and BIM models
- Strong focus on sustainability, innovation and modern methods of construction
If you enjoy turning complex challenges into practical, buildable solutions while working collaboratively to deliver at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive salary, £4,300 cash car allowance, 18% bonus, leading pension scheme, 27.5 days annual leave and private medical cover.
Please note, the base location is flexible with national travel as required (full UK driving licence required).
