Corporate M&A Tax - High Profile Transactions
Take Your Corporate Tax Career into M&A. Ready to move closer to the deal table? The Role
Advising on tax structuring, due diligence, SPA reviews, refinancing and wider transaction matters, the successful candidate will also develop client relationships, contribute to business development and support junior colleagues. UK-wide opportunities are available.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong UK or international corporate tax advisory experience, sound technical and commercial skills and a genuine ambition to develop within transaction tax. A relevant tax, ACA or legal qualification is preferred.
