• Champion cross-functional collaboration, advising R&D and engineering teams on compliance strategies for emerging marine technologies
• Represent the organisation at high-profile industry conferences and regulatory forums as the go-to sustainability expert
• Create impactful policy briefs and compliance frameworks that influence decision-making at the highest levels

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified Marine Engineer or Naval Architect with 10+ years' proven experience in maritime sustainability and regulatory affairs
• Strong background in classification societies, global sustainability centers, or major shipping organisations
• Motivated expert in IMO frameworks, EU maritime legislation, and decarbonisation strategies
• Determined professional with exceptional analytical and communication skills
