Role- Fabric Admin Assistant - Temporary
Location- West End, London

Our client, a leading luxury high street brand is seeking a talented Fabric Admin Assistant to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to support the Menswear Fabric Manager with a wide range of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the department and the production of seasonal fabrics.
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support to the Menswear Fabric Manager, assisting with tasks from sourcing to production.
- Chase suppliers for key dates and tracking numbers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Input relevant correspondence and key critical dates from suppliers into departmental spreadsheets.
- Log in sampling fabrics, chase for technical details, and input them into the spreadsheet.
- Collect and distribute department post, ensuring effective communication within the team.
What our client is looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of critical pathways
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and able to work independently, while also being a reliable team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
