Personal Assistant - Country Directors

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join Savills’ Country Department, providing dedicated support to two Directors and an Associate. Acting as a key part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department through proactive diary management, administration, client coordination and communication support.

The role offers a varied workload, ranging from managing diaries, inboxes and meetings, to producing reports, presentations, property marketing materials and client documentation. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, including Marketing, Finance and HR, while supporting property transactions, event coordination and CRM management.

We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach are essential. This position would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership of processes and working collaboratively to support a high-performing team.
