We’re now looking for a passionate Head Host/Hostess to join our team!

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Floor team, your mission will be to:

• Greet and seat guests, allocate tables and accommodate walk-ins

• Master our bookings system and ensure every enquiry is managed efficiently

• Solve problems proactively when bookings or service don’t go as planned

• Work closely with the Reception Supervisor and support onboarding and training the host team

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor

• Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude

About You

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Big smile and passion for Italian food

• High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit

• Excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of online booking systems ( SevenRooms is a bonus )

• Previous experience as a Head Host/Hostess in a busy restaurant

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
