Corndel
London

Role: Curriculum Developer (AI)

Team: Product

Package: Pension, Unlimited Leave, Flexible Working, Healthcare Cash Plan

Location: Remote (occasional face-to-face as required)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (after completion of the initial product build, the candidate will transition to a coach role with programme delivery responsibilities)

The Role

Join us as a Curriculum Developer and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our Level 4 Business Impact with AI apprenticeship programme. Underpinned by the Business Analyst (Level 4) apprenticeship standard (ST0117), this programme develops professionals who can lead AI-driven change across business functions — combining business analysis competency with deep, practical AI integration.

Your focus will be on developing engaging, impactful curriculum content across the programme’s ten units — spanning AI fundamentals, responsible AI, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, change management, and strategic AI implementation. You will help translate the apprenticeship standard into a practical, effective, and exceptional learning journey, ensuring that learners are equipped to deliver measurable business value using AI tools and methodologies.

Working closely with the Product Manager, fellow Curriculum Developers, and subject matter experts — including our partners at Imperial College London and Microsoft — you will create e-learning modules, interactive workshop content, and assessment-aligned resources that are ready for live delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a flagship programme, ensuring learners are equipped with outstanding resources that deliver real-world impact and fully prepare them for their End-Point Assessment (EPA).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, interactive content for the Business Impact with AI programme across e-learning modules, workshop session plans, knowledge checks, and learner-facing resources.

  • Translate the Business Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship standard (ST0117) into coherent, engaging learning experiences, ensuring explicit KSB (Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours) coverage throughout.

  • Design and structure practical workshops that integrate real-world AI use cases, business scenarios, and applied exercises — making content accessible to professionals across business functions.

  • Ensure all learning content is aligned with End-Point Assessment (EPA) requirements, supporting learners in building their portfolio of evidence, work-based project, and professional discussion preparation.

  • Create materials covering the programme’s AI content including prompt engineering, generative AI, agentic AI concepts, responsible AI, data analysis, and AI-enhanced business analysis techniques.

  • Develop and maintain delivery resources, including facilitation guides, workshop plans, and coach briefing materials.

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and product team to manage the content development pipeline and maintain sufficient content ahead of live learner cohorts.

  • Build content in Articulate Rise 360, following established content standards, templates, and block schemas.

  • Engage with Imperial College London programme assurance processes and incorporate enhancement recommendations into content revisions.

  • Contribute to CPD question banks and assessment preparation materials, ensuring compliance with EPA requirements.

  • Regularly refine and update learning materials based on feedback from PDEs, learners, programme assurance reviews, and developments in the AI landscape.

  • Support the wider product team on other programmes as business need requires.

Transition to a c oach role following completion of the programme build.

  • Manage a caseload of learners, building trusted relationships through structured coaching, mentoring, and practical guidance.

  • Deliver engaging one-to-one sessions and workshops that bring business analysis and AI enabled change concepts to life.

  • Support learners to make consistent progress towards successful programme and End Point Assessment completion.

About You:

Essential:

  • Strong, current knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, and AI-enhanced business processes — including practical experience using AI tools in a professional or organisational context.

  • Solid understanding of business analysis practice, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process improvement, data analysis, and change management.

  • Demonstrable ability to create professional, accurate, high-quality learning content — including e-learning modules and interactive workshop materials.

  • Excellent prompt engineering skills and ability to contextualise these for business analysis applications at foundation, intermediate, and advanced levels.

  • Understanding of how AI tools and capabilities apply across business functions — such as customer experience, process automation, insights generation, and strategic decision-making.

  • Experience in facilitating or designing interactive workshops or training sessions for professional audiences.

  • Ability to plan effectively, manage multiple content workstreams, and deliver to tight deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Strong writing, editing, and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with diverse internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners.

Desirable:

  • Experience of delivering or preparing learners for End-Point Assessments at Level 3 or 4, ideally within the Business Analyst or a related Digital standard.

  • Experience building content in Articulate Rise 360 or an equivalent e-learning authoring tool.

  • Lived industry experience implementing AI solutions in a corporate or consultancy setting.

  • Familiarity with the Business Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship standard (ST0117) and its KSB framework.

  • Experience supporting or delivering within an apprenticeship programme in a coach, PDE, or curriculum role.

  • A teaching, coaching, or training qualification (e.g. AET, CTTLS, or equivalent).

  • Experience working with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, or similar AI-integrated productivity platforms.

  • A broader interest in data literacy, digital transformation, or AI governance.
