Head of Strategic and Transformational Planning - 12...
Reporting to the VP of Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping SmartestEnergy’s strategic direction by leading the coordination, evaluation, and alignment of key initiatives across the group. You’ll be responsible for gathering and consolidating inputs from across the SmartestEnergy family of companies, ensuring a comprehensive view of planned change.
Working closely with stakeholders and executive committees, you’ll manage the prioritisation process—ensuring resources are directed toward initiatives with the highest strategic value and that effort is balanced across all strategic pillars. You will also support the business in defining the information needed for effective planning, while maintaining a transparent, data-driven prioritisation framework to enable confident, insight-led decision-making.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Experience in progressively senior roles within strategy, transformation planning or consulting;
- Substantial experience in leadership roles overseeing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives;
- Experience in Energy and Transformational change services, consulting, technology, or regulated industries is preferred;
- Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans and prioritisation of initiatives;
- Worked closely with C-suite executives, business unit leaders, and technology teams to create and maintain strategic roadmap and balanced delivery portfolio;
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform strategic decisions.
