As a Recruitment Consultant at JD Ross Energy, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement , with a strong focus on  repeat business  and long-term success.

• Building and nurturing strategic client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Converting strong candidate relationships into valuable client partnerships.
• Providing market expertise and insights to advise clients beyond recruitment.
• Influencing clients confidently through every stage of the hiring process.
• Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and identify new business opportunities.
• Managing challenges with confidence, proactively mitigating potential risks before they escalate.

• Fluent in French or German (essential), with excellent English communication skills.
