This practice is part of our UKI Talent and Organisation/Human Potential practice which leads on combining our HR Transformation and HR Technology consulting with programme leadership capabilities, change management, and leadership expertise, helping our clients to shape and deliver world-class colleague experience, HR services underpinned by digital enablement to unlock their human potential. -  Lead HR Consulting projects across HR strategy, HR process & experience re-design, HR function optimisation and HR-led enterprise transformation 
-  Lead global delivery teams to deliver the best outcomes for our clients on our HR transformation projects. 
-  Own client relationships and help to lead our clients to deliver leading HR transformation initiatives. 
-  Empower Analysts and Consultants to deliver to their full potential through coaching, mentoring and people leadership. 
-  Challenge our clients to think differently in how HR can support the workforce of the future and agile enterprise. 
-  Lead HR benchmarking, data collection and analysis to deliver data driven insights, recommendations, and innovation to solve our client’s challenges. 
-  Design and develop innovative HR operating models, including Service Delivery Models, using best-in-class research and insights. 
-  Leverage leading practice and conduct workshops with clients to re-design HR processes, with experience at the heart of how processes support colleagues and line managers. 
-  Help to grow HR Transformation by getting involved in sales processes, including contributing to bid submissions and client presentations. 
-  Facilitate HR workshops or meetings to gather requirements, present and validate solutions options and test interpretation of client needs in an interactive manner using design thinking methodologies as appropriate. 
-  Develop innovative HR thought leadership and assets to help re-define the role of HR for our clients, including the role of Generative AI. 
-  Establish good working relationships and collaboration across Accenture, both multi-discipline consulting capabilities and business lines such as Technology, Digital and Operations. 
-  A proven track record of delivering large-scale, global HR transformation programmes. 
-  Strong consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others. 
-  Experience in one or more of the following: HR Transformation, HR Optimisation, HR Operating Model and Organisational Design and HR Process & Experience Design. 
-  Excellent understanding of latest HR trends, strategy, and operations value levers, how the role of HR is changing, and the digital enablers required to add value to an organisation. 
-  Showing ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organisation with clear ability to influence others. 
-  Demonstrate continuously learning, and bring innovative, new thinking to the workplace. 
-  Are forward thinking with a strong business acumen and ability to navigate the wider business context within our client organisation. 
-  Are passionate for working in an entrepreneurial environment and working with constantly evolving technologies and agile methodologies. 
-  Prioritise continuous development and self-guided learning, personally and your team. 
-  Have experience in leading global teams in complex HR transformations 
-  Have the drive and determination to lead, coach and develop others and continuously share your knowledge with others to contribute to business development and growth. 
-  Are open to autonomously operate in a global network & fast-paced growth model and comfortable to set your own personal growth plan. 
-  Are enthusiastic to extend and navigate networks in and outside of Accenture.
