The Role
As a Assistant General Manager – you are the key leader and trusted support to the GM, you set the restaurant's pace and ensure standards are delivered consistently.
This role is ideal for an ambitious manager ready to progress within a quality, food-led business

Key Responsibilities
Lead the pre-service briefing and ensure smooth handovers in the absence of senior management.
Manage Head Waiters, Waiters, and Runners while supporting recruitment and onboarding.
Step directly into service during peak times and act as a visible point of contact for guests.
Handle reservations and oversee table setup to ensure the venue is service-ready.
Monitor key performance indicators (labour control, margins, and operational costs).
Conduct inventory checks and ensure strong coordination with the kitchen team.
