Job Description
Based within Financial Services, Facilities Management, you will contribute to the day to day operational requirements of the complex.
Your day to day duties will include security, reception, CCTV and alarm system monitoring and response, and signing in visitors and staff. This will also include ensuring that the complex of buildings are operationally compliant with all GCC procedures and H&S requirements, updating of procedural manuals, inspection of all access and egress routes, ensuring that all exit routes are operational and are free from obstructions.
In addition to this, you will complete removals throughout the building, undertake cleaning and general maintenance, including changing lights (ladder training will be provided) requirement to work 156 hours contractual per annum.
