Groups Admin Executive
Are you a detail-driven organiser with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for someone from a reception background to become a key player in our dynamic team at PPHE Hotel Group as a Groups Admin Executive.
In this central role, you’ll take full ownership of the group bookings process once contracts are signed - ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, guests, and hotel teams. You’ll be the go-to person for all things group admin, building strong relationships and making sure every detail is just right.

What you’ll do as a Groups Admin Executive:
- Assist in ensuring all blocks are being correctly built in Opera with the appropriate activities, notes and cut-off dates. Filing system maintenance.
- Ensure that once the signed contract has been received from the GM&E Sales Team, the billing/payment method has been considered.
- Assist with new Group enquiries. To ensure that any Group upselling opportunities are explored at every opportunity i.e. Dinners, porterage and room upselling etc. and that this is being communicated to the relevant departments.
- Ensure that the Hotel Room Inventory is balanced
- Manage and reply to emails in both the Groups Admin as well as personal inboxes
- Prioritise workload and managing time effectively
- Ensure groups are handed over to the Front Desk team.
- Communicate effectively with Guests, departments, and clients via written correspondence, phone, technological platforms and face to face.
