We have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Digital Media Executive to join our growing London team, gaining hands-on experience across Digital Media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Programmatic .

Partnering closely with Account Manager and Account Director , you'll be involved in every stage of the campaign journey, from planning and buying through to execution , reporting and analysis .

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their media planning and buying expertise. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment , enjoy working with data, and have a genuine interest in digital advertising and media performance.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Supporting the planning, booking, and delivery of media campaigns across multiple channels.

• Building positive relationships with media owners and assisting with client communications.

• Monitoring campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimise results.

• Working across paid social, paid search, and programmatic platforms, including Meta, Instagram, X (Twitter), PPC, and Display campaigns.

• Maintaining accurate campaign records, bookings, and schedules within our media systems.

• Reviewing campaign outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.

• Assisting with campaign analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation.

• Supporting financial administration, including invoice checks, voucher management, and delivery processes.

• Collaborating with team to turn client data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Ensuring campaigns run efficiently through effective organisation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

What You'll Need

• Strong attention to detail and organisation

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and time management skills

• Passion for media and the commercial media landscape

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills

• Confident analysing data, using Excel, PPT and MS Office programs

• A strong team player who can also work independently and is adaptable

• A quick learner with a positive attitude and appetite for new challenges
