  • Reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work within established routines.
  • A proactive and responsible attitude.
  • Flexibility to work within the 2-weekly set rota, including every other weekend.
  • Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate.
  • A predictable 2-weekly set rota, allowing for better work-life balance.
  • Guaranteed hours and regular work.
  • Opportunities for career progression and development.
  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
  • Supportive and friendly working environment.
  • Regular supervision and team meetings.
  • Opportunity to build meaningful relationships and see the positive impact of your work.
  • Oyster card allowance to help you offset your costs of traveling to work.
  • Free meals, snacks, and drinks while on shift.
