We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Head. With an outstanding Ofsted rating and a three-form entry school, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional education and fostering a nurturing environment for our students.

As Assistant Head, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school. You will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in teaching and learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Headteacher in the overall management and administration of the school.
• Providing leadership and support to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
• Supporting the ongoing professional development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
• Playing a key role in promoting a positive school culture that values diversity, inclusion, and academic excellence.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant leadership experience within a primary school setting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving school improvement initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• A commitment to upholding the school's values and ethos.
