Finance & Operations Manager
- Lead the financial operations of the business, managing project SPVs, bookkeeping, VAT, intercompany structures, and producing valuations and forecasts that support decision‑making.
- Oversee daily office operations and key HR activities, including onboarding, contract management, and supporting performance reviews to maintain a smooth and professional workplace.
- Work closely with the development team by tracking milestones, managing budgets, and preparing scopes for new tenders to keep renewable projects moving efficiently.
- Strengthen business integrity through strong compliance processes, document control, and legal coordination to ensure the organisation meets high governance standards.
- Responsibility for day-to-day accounting; month-end reports, AP/AR.
