The Opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and engagement initiatives that directly support revenue growth. This role is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads for the sales team, increase product awareness, and drive measurable customer engagement across our target markets.
You will be an expert in working alongside our commercial function to support digital sales fulfillment while optimising the interdependent marketing and sales processes that are essential to delivering strong outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to deliver a consistent flow of qualified leads for our digital advertising products
Partner closely with the sales team to align on target audiences, lead quality, and conversion goals.
Own and optimise the marketing funnel, from awareness through to sales handoff.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, email, and social channels for our clients to fulfil digital sales and sponsorship
Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Manage campaign calendars aligned with commercial priorities and product launches.
Product Marketing & Engagement
Drive awareness and engagement for key products through compelling messaging and positioning.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate product features into customer-focused value propositions.
Create and oversee content that supports buyer journeys (e.g. case studies, whitepapers, webinars, landing pages).
Performance & Analytics
Ork in collaboration with the analytics teams to track, analyse, and report on key metrics for client campaigns, including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and campaign ROI
Use insights and data to inform decision-making and improve future activity.
Manage marketing automation and CRM integration to ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary marketing partner to the sales team, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and feedback loops.
Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and leadership teams to support commercial objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on lead generation and a successful track record of delivering strong customer value
Demonstrated success in delivering measurable pipeline growth and marketing ROI.
Deep understanding of the buyer customer journey and decision making framework to build relevant campaign content and touchpoints through marketing automation
Strong practical knowledge of utilising tools associated with B2B marketing campaign delivery including content management systems, email marketing, SEM, social media and Google Analytics
Excellent proficiency in CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce and Pardot highly desirable)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, Optimization and lifecycle marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Well organised and effective at meeting hard deadlines
Thrives in a collaborative environment which requires strong partnership with multiple functions and a shared view of success
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
