Position Overview:
As we grow, we are looking for an experienced legal assistant to provide support to our Legal department. Push Gaming operates in a rapidly evolving and highly regulated industry, and you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the administrative processes within the Legal team, and occasionally the Compliance tea m, and providing general support to the team in all areas of its responsibilities, including managing the company’s Intellectual Property Rights. Your support to the Legal team will involve liaison and cooperation with other teams and stakeholders within the company and outside, as necessary.
Please note: This is a full-time permanent administrative role and is not designed to provide legal training.
Location: Hybrid, but must be in UK or Malta.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating and maintaining contract and other legal databases, libraries, checklists and calendars
Managing all administrative tasks for the Legal team (such as document editing, filing, monitoring, certifications or archiving etc.)
Preparing data reports, dashboards, presentations or summaries
Drafting simple Legal documents
Handling signatures of contracts and other documents
Active participation in and/or co-management of Projects involving the Legal team
Providing administrative support in managing company’s Intellectual Property Rights
Managing legal subscriptions, memberships and events calendars
Communicating with external legal advisors and parties on administrative matters
Assisting with any additional tasks according to the needs of the company
Any other task/responsibility which may be related and/or connected to the role of Legal Assistant
What you'll bring to the role:
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Legal assistant or Paralegal
Previous experience in a similar role in a Law firm or as part of in-house Legal team of a technology company is a must
IT savvy and solid experience with Microsoft Office and common document management and project management tools (e.g. Google Workspace, DocuSign, ClickUp/Smartsheets etc.)
University degree strongly preferred
High level of independence and accountability
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a remote environment and with remote teams
Meticulousness and high attention to detail
Proactive and problem-solving attitude
Proficiency in English
