Fitness Facility Manager

The Work
- Deliver excellent member experiences by focusing on service and standards
- Support the Gym Manager in bringing in new joiners through outreach and community events
- Lead and develop a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff
- Manage and improve the gym's group exercise offering
What You Need
- Passion for fitness and wellbeing
- Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise
- Desire to support and develop team members

- Experience in a similar role
- Sales and marketing experience
