Allocator
Phoebe Philo is looking for a collaborative, motivated, team-playing Allocator to join the team in London.
The Allocator is responsible for managing central stock holdings across wholesale and retail channels, ensuring optimal stock distribution to meet business needs. This role involves monitoring production planning, analysing sales trends, and maintaining product availability to maximise sales performance.
Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis:
- Produce and maintain Daily Sales Reports, Weekly Sales Reports, and Weekly Sales Presentations.
- Prepare Seasonal Reports (monthly) and Showroom Recap Reports.
- Generate and analyse Sales Extracts and Stock Extracts.
- Track and summarize historical best sellers and worst sellers for seasonal reference.
- Provide Visual Overview / Key Looks Documents and maintain Marketing Tracker updates.
- Assist in forecasting tools development and Product Life Cycle analysis.
Stock Management & Allocation:
- Manage allocations (Pre-Launch & In-Season) to ensure correct stock levels by channel.
- Conduct Consolidations three times per season.
- Oversee ATS (Available to Sell) management in coordination with Production and In-Season requirements.
- Handle reorder & replenishment management to ensure best sellers are consistently available.
- Coordinate Transfers (Ad Hoc) and monitor central stock holdings for both Wholesale and Retail businesses.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Direct Channels on stock management to ensure smooth flow of goods.
- Administer Clothing Allowance stock, including freezing and allocating specific units as needed.
Range & Buy Planning:
- Support the Range Plan and Buy Plan process with product and sales insights.
- Assist with New Store Openings (Retail & Wholesale), providing product selection and allocation support.
- Manage Pricing updates and ensure accuracy across systems.
- Contribute to Capsule Collection tracking and tracker updates.
Data & System Management:
- Maintain clean and accurate data in Airtable and other reporting systems.
- Support the development of forecasting and sales planning tools in collaboration with the Merchandising Manager.

Requirements:
- A minimum of entry-level industry experience in retail, merchandising or a similar role within the fashion industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Highly proficient with Excel and data reporting capabilities;
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem solver with a commercial mindset.
- Experience with Airtable or similar tools is advantageous.
