Junior Producer

London, England, United Kingdom

THE ALLSAINTS TEAM

At AllSaints we are in the business of feelings - making our customers feel cool and confident. If, like us, you believe in the power of a great outfit, we'd love to talk to you.

We're a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.

We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Junior Producer acts as a key facilitator ensuring the EP can effectively and efficiently run the AllSaints yearly production slate of shoots and events. This highly efficient role is designed to support the Executive Producer across all campaign and editorial productions, while also working alongside the E-commerce Studio Manager on model bookings.

From time to time, the Creative Producer will need to lead social-first projects in support of the social media team. The role also involves managing a high volume of ad hoc production requests, so the successful candidate must be highly organised, exceptionally detail-oriented, and able to switch seamlessly between multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Assisting the Executive Producer

  • Provide proactive support to the Executive Producer across all campaign and editorial shoots. As well as leading on some editorial shoots when requested
  • Hold studios, liaise with photographers, stylists, talent agencies and wider creative teams, book catering, submit equipment lists, and coordinate all production logistics as directed by the EP
  • Anticipate production needs, ensuring no detail is overlooked and deadlines are consistently met

Shoot Paperwork

  • Prepare accurate, comprehensive call sheets, shoot schedules and production paperwork in a timely manner for the EP to review before distribution
  • Ensure all documentation is meticulously checked, clearly communicated and kept up to date as production plans evolve

On-Set Support

  • Attend shoots where required, providing hands-on production support to ensure shoots run efficiently, on schedule and to the highest standard
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for crew, talent and suppliers, resolving issues proactively as they arise

Finance & Job Wrap

  • Take ownership of the full job wrap process across all productions
  • Ensure all suppliers are correctly set up with Finance, purchase orders are raised, invoices are received and reconciled, and final budgets accurately reflect all production costs
  • Follow up proactively with internal teams and suppliers to ensure financial administration is completed promptly and accurately

Studio Support

  • Provide ad hoc support to the Executive Producer and wider production team during busy periods, assisting with day-to-day studio operations and production requirements
  • Own the procurement and safe keeping of all samples required for shooting, including their safe travel to and from set

E-commerce

  • Manage model bookings for the AllSaints e-commerce studio, working closely with the E-commerce studio lead to ensure bookings are accurate, cost-effective and aligned with the shooting schedule
  • Work closely with the studio coordinator to map out the weekly studio requirements across bookings

Social Production

  • Support the Social team by providing production expertise for social-first content shoots, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining production quality and brand standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
  • Highly diligent, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise
  • Strong communicator who builds positive relationships with internal teams, freelancers and suppliers
  • Comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy under pressure
  • A hands-on team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to ensure productions run seamlessly
