As a Project Manager, you will be involved in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects through the full project lifecycle
- Working with clients to understand requirements and deliver against objectives
- Managing programmes and budgets
- Coordinating consultants and wider project teams
- Preparing reports, progress updates and project documentation
- Supporting procurement and contract administration
- Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across Project Management and Quantity Surveying
The role offers exposure to a wide variety of projects across sectors including commercial, residential, education, retail, heritage and specialist developments.
The Glasgow office has a strong team environment, with experienced Partners, Directors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors working closely together. They have a genuine family atmosphere, with many senior members of the team having built long term careers within the business. About You- 2+ years' Project Management experience within a consultancy
- Experience working across the full project lifecycle
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ideally, experience with programmes, project controls and/or PMO functions
- A good understanding of construction and project delivery
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The confidence to deal with clients, consultants and contractors
- A professional approach and willingness to learn
