Site Director
- Lead the operational, technical, engineering, supply chain and H&S teams to ensure the site consistently delivers on productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets.
- Develop and execute a site strategy aligned with wider business goals, driving continuous improvement and sustainable operational growth.
- Maintain and enhance standards across food safety, compliance, audit readiness and customer expectations.
- Foster a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and operational discipline.
- Manage budgets, P&L performance, capex projects and resource planning.
- Build strong relationships with retail and foodservice customers, ensuring confidence in service levels and product quality.
- Champion operational excellence through Lean, CI and best‑in‑class manufacturing practices.
- Ensure the site remains safe, efficient and compliant with all regulatory, quality and environmental standards.
