IT Support Officer
IT Support Officer needed in South East London Paying £22.41 per hr ref 000A D25D / 1
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective 1st and 2nd line technical support , resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Log, prioritise, and manage tickets using our IT service management system , ensuring all updates are accurately documented.
- Work in line with SLAs , ensuring users receive prompt and professional support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues, escalating to 3rd line teams or third-party providers where required.
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the continual improvement of the IT service, contributing ideas and identifying recurring issues.
