Lead Finance Partner
Interim Lead Finance Partner – Hybrid (London, 1 day per week)
Day Rate: £600 (Inside IR35)
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join a leading organisation on an interim basis. This role will play a pivotal part in driving financial performance, partnering with senior stakeholders, and delivering strategic insights to support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic analysis and challenge.
Deliver high-quality financial insights to influence business performance.
Manage budgeting cycles and long-term planning.
Oversee robust financial controls and governance.
Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in senior finance business partnering roles within complex, fast-paced organisations.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at senior levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
Experience operating in large PLC or multi-entity environments is desirable.

Location: London (1 day per week on-site, hybrid working)
Day Rate: £600 (Inside IR35)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
