Sales Administrators

Position Summary:
The Sales Administrator at 1st Shield Security Services plays a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth coordination between operations, sales, and administrative departments. This position helps drive business growth by maintaining accurate records, preparing proposals, and delivering exceptional service to both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals for security services, including manned guarding, mobile patrols, and CCTV monitoring solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM), track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups to strengthen client relationships and convert inquiries into confirmed contracts.
- Administrative Coordination:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales inquiries. Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and pipeline updates for management review. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company standards.
- Contract Management:
- Support in drafting, reviewing, and processing client contracts and renewals. Maintain organized records of agreements, pricing structures, and service terms.
- Marketing & Business Development Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in campaigns, promotional materials, and event coordination to attract new business opportunities.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding service queries, billing issues, or operational updates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
- Experience in sales administration, preferably within the security services industry , is an advantage.
