Floor Manager (30hr PT) - London Soho
- Lead the shop floor with presence and purpose, setting the tone for service, storytelling, and team energy throughout the day.
- Coach in the moment, guiding Sales Assistants through live interactions, helping them build confidence, skill, and connection with customers.
- Act as a keyholder and operational lead, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and stepping into decision-making when needed.
- Support brand activations and storytelling, helping the team translate campaigns into meaningful customer experiences.
- Champion operational excellence, from stock handling and replenishment to till procedures and compliance.
- Create a culture of curiosity and growth, encouraging feedback, celebrating wins, and helping the team evolve with the store’s elevated offering.
- Develop : create an environment that empowers and nurtures future talent by delegating, understanding next generation needs, and ensuring long-term team growth
