Your responsibilities include:

  • Continuously improving consolidation and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

  • Acting as a key partner to accounting, business control, and investor relations teams to deliver clear, insightful financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAPs.

Who You Are

  • 5–7 years of finance experience, including 2–4 years focused on financial consolidation and reporting.

  • Solid knowledge of IFRS with experience preparing consolidated financial statements within a global organization.

  • Proficiency in financial consolidation tools; familiarity with SAP, OneStream, and Workiva is advantageous.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Clear and effective communication style with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

  • Proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvements.

  • Comfortable using and learning new financial systems and tools.

  • Background in supporting investor relations or preparing public financial disclosures.

  • Exposure to M&A activities from a reporting and consolidation perspective.

  • Ability to automate or enhance consolidation processes using technology.

  • Prior experience working with external auditors during year-end audits.
