SEN Secondary Teacher Location: Redbridge Long Term – Full Time PAYE onlyThis is a role for a SEN Secondary Teacher who understands that progress doesn’t always look linear, and that relationships come before results.We are looking for a confident, adaptable teacher to support pupils with ASC, SEMH and complex learning needs. You’ll be teaching smaller classes, with strong TA support and leadership that genuinely backs their staff.What your day-to-day will look like: Delivering structured, engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPsSupporting pupils aged 11–16 with a range of emotional and behavioural needsCreating calm, predictable classroom environments that help students regulateUsing restorative and trauma-informed approaches to behaviourWorking closely with therapists, SENCOs and support staff This role is ideal for you if you: Hold QTS or equivalentHave experience in SEN, alternative provision or behaviour-focused settingsAre confident teaching secondary-aged pupils with additional needs What you’ll get in return: Weekly PAYE pay (NO umbrella companies)Ongoing SEND training and CPD opportunitiesExcellent classroom support and manageable class sizesA consultant who understands SEN and supports you every step of the way.
