Our client, a heavyweight international law firm is seeking an experienced Interim Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Corporate Real Estate team for six-weeks, commencing as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a market-leading team on a high-quality portfolio of corporate real estate transactions, supporting the team during a period of leave.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on a broad range of matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Joint ventures
• Corporate restructurings and reorganisation projects

The Candidate

We are keen to hear from Corporate Solicitors (ideally 3+ PQE) who:

• Have strong corporate transactional experience gained within a leading law firm
• Are confident managing matters with a high degree of autonomy
• Can hit the ground running and integrate quickly into a busy team environment

Previous exposure to real estate-related corporate work would be advantageous, but is not essential.
