Product Owner

Product Owner / London / £55,000–£65,000 + Bonus / Hybrid

We’re partnering with a leading media organisation seeking a Product Owner to take ownership of a new networking and membership app.

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery, backlog, and iteration of a high-traffic mobile app, ensuring continuous improvement, smooth releases, and technical coordination across teams. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to oversee app performance, deploy new features, and drive user engagement.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused product role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing the operational heartbeat of live digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising features, bugs, and technical improvements
• Coordinate testing, releases, and deployment with internal teams and external agencies
• Monitor app performance, gather feedback, and drive data-led improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases
• Support migration from an event app to a year-round membership platform
• Maintain understanding of CMS, CRM, and CI/CD pipelines

Experience Required:

• Experience in digital product roles
• Strong background managing or maintaining mobile app products (membership or event-related preferred)
• Experience working with cross-functional and agency teams
• Understanding of CMS, CRM, APIs, and Agile delivery practices
• Technically literate and comfortable with product delivery tools and workflows
• Exposure to large-scale consumer apps desirable
