Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City. We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at 5 Hertford Street. What you will do: Welcome members and their guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Deliver courteous, efficient, and attentive service at all times, ensuring the highest standards of member experience. Answer telephone calls, manage bookings, and respond to general enquiries promptly and professionally.
