Director of Compliance

Rutherford has been mandated on a search for a global trading platform in London. The company are over 1000 people globally and trade a range of products, including digital assets.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

Act as a key point of contact, building relationships with regulatory authorities and industry bodies

Provide regulatory guidance to relevant stakeholders and ensure alignment with regulatory standards

Share detailed risk reports to proactively address regulatory challenges and protect the Group's reputation.

Work closely with the Global Chief Compliance officer and global Compliance/Financial Crime teams to strengthen global compliance efforts and ensure consistency through an aligned framework.

Develop and implement strategies for monitoring compliance, conducting audits, reviews, and action plans. Lead the creation and revision of the annual compliance work plan to align practices with evolving regulatory requirements effectively.

Your Profile

15+ years of experience in a regulatory/compliance role. Experience with digital assets is preferred.

Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies
