Estimator

Estimator - We are seeking an experienced and driven Estimator who has experience working with Commercial & Public Sector projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for construction and a keen eye for cost analysis.

Our client is a multi-disciplinary building contractor with a strong reputation for delivery high-quality projects across Leisure, Commercial, Retail, Education, Health, and Government sectors.

Your Role:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for a variety of commercial and public sector projects.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Support the bid process and contribute to tender submissions.
Work closely with project managers and the commercial team to ensure project budgets are maintained.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of the commercial, leisure, education, and public sector construction environments.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Offer:

£80,000 salary per annum·
Working hours 8am - 5pm fully on site
Monday - Friday
