The goal is to generate attractive returns over the long run by excelling during market downturns and maintaining strong performance during rallies. As the Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. This position offers a salary bracket of £30,000 - £50,000 , depending on experience.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Managing executive diaries and scheduling meetings
- Monitoring performance and providing administrative support
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Coordinating and organizing events and travel arrangements
- Supporting HR functions and fostering a positive work environment
- Assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives
Here are the skills you'll need:
- Passion for HR and long-term ambitions to develop in financial services
- Prior experience in HR is preferred
- Excellent English writing skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
