About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Creative Producer to join a leading creative and experiential content studio in Central London. This role is termed a producer, but it is effectively a Project Manager position delivering integrated campaigns for this top client side brand. The studio delivers world-class commercial and editorial projects that combine creativity, technology, and storytelling to engage audiences on an unprecedented scale.

As Senior Creative Producer, you will lead the end-to-end production of innovative, multi-platform campaigns - from scoping and budgeting to final delivery. You'll work closely with internal creative teams, external clients, and partners to bring complex projects to life across digital, immersive, and experiential environments.

This is not a video or shoot producer role - so if this is you it's a swipe left on this particular opportunity I am afraid.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production and delivery of large-scale creative and commercial projects, managing scope, budgets, and timelines.

• Oversee creative workflows from concept through to execution, ensuring high production values and creative excellence.

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships , acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and production teams to deliver outstanding, high-impact work.

• Drive process improvement, helping evolve and streamline creative and production approaches.

• Manage internal and freelance resources, negotiating and contracting with suppliers and vendors as required.

• Support project governance through cost reconciliation, reporting, and delivery documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Producer managing multidisciplinary creative campaigns across digital, experiential, and out-of-home (OOH) channels.

• Strong background working with agencies, production studios, and global brands in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Experience working with CGI, VFX, virtual production, or real-time technologies is highly desirable.

• Skilled in budgeting, financial tracking, and vendor management for complex production projects.

• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.

• Exceptional organisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Creative problem solver with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Passion for innovation, storytelling, and delivering memorable audience experiences.
