Globallink Head of EMEA Platform Support, Managing Director
Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for a GlobalLink Head of EMEA Platform Support, MD to oversee the GlobalLink platform support teams in EMEA. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily platform updates, monitoring of client inquiries and escalations, assisting with client onboarding and daily trading activities on the platforms. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and coordinating technical support for integration and connectivity workflows.
Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for
As Globallink Head of EMEA Platform Support, MD you will
- Manage a team of platform support specialists supporting all asset classes of the Globallink platforms
- Leading the FundConnect EMEA platform support team supporting multiple trading venues.
- Provide Supervisory oversight of the day to day activity of the team
- Provide reporting to the SMR on a monthly basis to include any issues and/or staffing concerns
- Support the client implementation for all Globallink supported products to ensure accurate setup
- Coordinate with the Global Billing team to ensure reconciliation issues are addressed and resolved
- Work with the GlobalLink businesses to understand new / updated products, develop processes and procedures to support product operations, and implement changes within the team
- Ensure that processes and controls are adequately designed and operating effectively
- Manage internal and external reviews, including audits, assurance events, etc., that impact the support team
- Understand and stay updated on the regulatory environment in EMEA to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Coordinate incident response efforts and client communications
- Supporting new product releases
- Assist with supporting vendor relationships and due diligence
- Manage production support oversight and coordinate incident triage
- Ensure client inquiries/issues are resolved timely
- Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and corporate policies
- Foster cross function relationships with leads from Business Solutions, Product Development, Sales and Business teams.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics or 15+ years of related financial industry experience
- Experience working as part of a Global organization
- Detailed understanding of operations with at least 10 years experience managing an operational role, preferably within a large Financial Institution.
- Global multi-jurisdictional regulatory experience preferred.
- Technical aptitude with wide range of applications, including but not limited to the MS Office suite
