• Experienced arborists and climbers ready to progress into a leadership role

You will:

• Lead and motivate a skilled team delivering high-quality tree maintenance and management
• Ensure excellent standards of health & safety, workmanship, and professionalism
• Work across some of London’s most historic, ecologically rich, and high-profile green spaces
• Contribute to the long-term care of trees within heritage landscapes and public open spaces

Preferred Skills

About You – Experience & Skillset

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Proven climbing experience (minimum of three years)
• NPTC qualifications: CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 (essential)
• A full valid UK driving licence
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
• A genuine passion for arboriculture and public green spaces
