This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a high–performing Data Services function at a forward–thinking organisation. You will drive strategy across Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology, while playing a key role in embedding AI–driven ways of working and delivering measurable commercial impact.

The Role

You will:

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery standards across Data Services.
• Drive the adoption of AI–enabled processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Oversee Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology capabilities.
• Own and contribute to commercial growth, including client expansion opportunities and new business activity.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across analytics, measurement, and data solutions.
• Develop and mentor senior leaders and specialist teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to non–technical audiences.
• Represent the data function internally and externally, helping to establish market–leading capability.

Your Skills & Experience

You will have:

• Strong leadership experience across multiple data disciplines, including analytics, business intelligence, and data science.
• Technical credibility across data and measurement technologies.
• A practical understanding of how AI can enhance data services and operational delivery.
• Experience owning commercial objectives and identifying growth opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior decision–makers.
• A track record of building, developing, and leading high–performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non–technical audiences.
