About the profile

We are looking for a profile of Data Manager with solid experience in financial services and a strong understanding of data management strategies, risk controls, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong analytical capabilities, and experience managing a team in a data-driven environment.

Functions:

• Oversee the collection, storage, organization, and use of company data.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Lead workload management and team operations.

• Support strategic planning and performance management within the department.

• Develop and implement data management policies, procedures, and improvements.

• Manage change projects and ensure optimal process design and control implementation.

• Supervise and coach team members, ensuring continuous communication and development.

• Manage risk and ensure effective mitigation and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data management within financial services.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and transactional data flows.

• Experience with sensitive/confidential data handling.

• Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with SQL and big data tools (e.g. Azure).

• Analytical mindset with experience using visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).

• Proven people management and leadership skills.

• Degree in a related field.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Better if you have...

• Experience with Supply Chain Finance, Payment/Cash Management, or Treasury Operations.

• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and CRM platforms like Salesforce.

• Strong project/change management capabilities.

• Assertiveness, proactivity, and critical thinking.

• Empathy and ability to work in a team.

• Learning capacity and attention to detail.

• Customer oriented.
