- Lead the technical strategy for LeapXpert customers and prospects; Present and discuss solution options and technology to potential customers.
- Act as an advisor and SPOC for the customer on complex business requirements and work with LeapXpert portfolio of products and services to manage these requirements.
- Support Sales in producing proposals and Statement of Work documents for customer opportunities and their complex solution requirements.
- Generate technical documents to support bid responses (RFIs, RFPs, etc.)
- Leverage industry best practices and conduct requirements gatherings & design workshops.
- Own the end-to-end client solution architecture, ensuring the bridging of customer needs and LeapXpert product capabilities.
- Act as an interface between the customer and LeapXpert Product & Engineering teams in driving customizations and integrations throughout the customer engagement cycle.
- Work closely with Customer Success managers post-deployment and act as technology advisor ensuring customers continue to get the maximum benefit of the solution.
- Proven ability to create and deliver High-Level Design (HLD) documents, Low-Level Design (LLD) specifications, Statements of Work (SOWs), and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Extensive experience leading customer workshops, including discovery, requirement gathering, and design sessions across various technical domains.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Unified Communications, Contact Centers, and/or CRM software engineering and implementation projects.
- Strong team collaboration and leadership skills, demonstrating both individual success and a commitment to team ethics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Deep understanding of cloud solutions and software deployment tools, with a focus on modern architectures.
- Solid grasp of project implementation methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Experience with financial software solutions and regulatory compliance is a strong plus.
- Industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Google Technologies) are highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
