Senior Building Surveyor
Provide technical guidance and oversight on all aspects of the project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal design and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Manage client relationships and maintain the highest standards of service
Drive project success while mentoring and supporting junior team members The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor The ideal candidate will be a Senior Building Surveyor with a strong construction background, confident in leading technical aspects of projects. MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
RICS accredited degree (essential)
Proven background in construction consultancy
Experience in education projects is advantageous
Strong leadership and communication skills In Return? Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
