Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2 minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!

As a  Bar Floor Supervisor,  we will support you to:

The Role:
We’re looking for a Bar Floor Supervisor with personality, passion, and a hands-on approach to join our team in a luxury hotel in Central London. This is a guest-facing role where you’ll help lead the bar floor team, maintain high service standards, and ensure every guest experience is memorable.

 You’ll have some experience working in bars or hospitality, ideally within a premium or luxury environment along with a good knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails. What really matters, though, is your drive, your ability to work well with others, and your confidence in stepping up when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help Overseeing daily operations across Fitz’s bar, the Parlour, Summer Terrace, Lobby and Snug
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support and motivate the bar team to maintain high standards.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
• Run the floor during service, ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle guest enquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Carry out daily cashing-up procedures and reporting duties.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, hosting and engaging with guests.
