Family Law Solicitor 5+ years PQE
You will have excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational and financial management skills, and a dynamic, forward-thinking approach.
You will manage a varied and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Children arrangements
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse matters, including injunctions
- Overseas Expat Divorce & Child Arrangements
A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and business development is essential.
While you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own caseload, you will also thrive as part of a collaborative team committed to achieving excellence and continued growth.
