We are now seeking a Senior Designer to elevate our global brand and build a modern, AI-enabled design capability that scales with our ambition.

About the Role

The Senior Designer sits at the intersection of brand, technology, and storytelling, shaping how our organisation shows up globally.

You’ll elevate design quality and consistency across every touchpoint while building a scalable, innovation-led design capability that enables teams worldwide to create high-quality, on-brand work with confidence.

Blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you’ll define global design direction, evolve our systems and templates, and lead the responsible adoption of generative AI and automation to increase speed, relevance, and impact, without compromising craft.

Working across marketing, product, and commercial teams, you’ll translate complex science and technology into clear, compelling visual narratives that build trust and credibility with global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

You will define and drive the global design strategy, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all brand and marketing touchpoints, from digital and print through to environmental and experiential design.

A central focus of the role will be leading the evolution of our design systems- creating scalable, accessible, and localisation-ready templates for presentations, campaigns, social content, documents, and events. These will empower teams and partners to deliver high-quality work efficiently while maintaining brand integrity.

You’ll take ownership of the AI roadmap for brand design, identifying high-value use cases and running focused pilots across ideation, content variation, localisation, and quality assurance. Alongside this, you’ll establish brand-safe AI foundations that accelerate creative output while protecting visual identity and standards.

You’ll set and enforce creative direction across typography, imagery, motion, layout, and art direction, ensuring a consistently high level of craft across all outputs, whether produced internally or by external partners.

Using insights, performance data, and feedback loops, you’ll continuously test and optimise creative effectiveness against measurable outcomes, embedding a culture of learning and iteration.

You’ll also own end-to-end design delivery, scaling output through strong DesignOps practices, modular production, automation, and effective agency and vendor management.

Working cross-functionally, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver cohesive design outcomes, while coaching teams, enabling self-serve creation, and raising overall design maturity.

Skills & Experience

You bring strong experience in brand design, creative direction, or design leadership, ideally within global, multi-channel environments. You’re comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and have a proven track record of elevating brand quality while building scalable systems such as templates, components, and guidelines.

You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates both high-craft visual execution and the ability to think systematically about design at scale.

You’re familiar with generative AI and automation within creative workflows and approach these tools with a responsible, quality-first mindset. You understand how to harness their potential while maintaining brand integrity and creative standards.

You’re highly proficient in modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva, and bring strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, present ideas clearly, and lead collaborative critique.

You’re also well organised, with strong operational discipline across planning, prioritisation, and delivery, including experience working with external agencies and vendors.

A background or exposure to supply chain, traceability, or sustainability sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential.
